Online Booking:

If you proceed to book online for any sessions or upcoming live/online courses via this Website, you agree that you are of legal age and are fully able and competent to enter into the set forth Terms and Conditions of Institute of Reiki Website.
You agree to provide true and current information.
By booking a session, you agree to be available and keep to the time of the scheduled session. If you are not able to keep to the appointment, you must advise us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. If you don’t let us know within this time frame, you release Institute of Reiki of any responsibility or compensation in any form. Please review our Refund Policy below.

Changes to online booked courses are to be made by contacting Institute of Reiki at least one week (7 days) prior to the starting time of the scheduled course.

In order to protect Institute of Reiki and its students and clients from fraudulent activity, we may implement procedures regarding any online booked courses and sessions, including but not limited to, validating information provided and limiting the number of spaces that may be booked online by any one individual or entity. Institute of Reiki reserves the right to further limit units or to cancel or reject any course or session booking in its sole discretion.

Content Copyright & Authorization:

This Website provides a wide variety of information and materials, services, and products. The majority of the content is solely owned by Institute of Reiki. Other portions, such as some of the photos, are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not for re-distribution. You agree to not copy, paste, modify, and use any portion of this Website for commercial or personal use without prior Institute of Reikiauthorization.

You agree to share to social media only where this option has been made available by the Website.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Institute of Reiki, its employees, representatives, practitioners, and teachers be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental consequences arising from accessing any of the information provided, or transactions made on or through the Website.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website and/or its related services and products is to stop using the Website and/or those products and services.

Online Orders:

In order to protect Institute of Reiki and its clients and students from fraudulent activity, we may implement procedures regarding any online orders, including but not limited to, validating the information provided and limiting the amounts of products and services that may be ordered online by any one individual or entity. Institute of Reiki reserves the right to further limit quantities or to cancel or reject orders in its sole discretion.

The Institute of Reiki will replace purchase(s) in rare event of loss or damage only if we are notified in writing within 24 hours following the date of delivery receipt confirmation.

Product & Service Information:

Institute of Reiki does not warrant the information, graphic depictions, product and service descriptions, or other content of the Website is accurate, complete, updated, current, or error-free.

We do make every reasonable effort to ensure the Website is updated in a timely manner. Institute ofReiki reserves the right to take any action it deems reasonable and necessary in its sole discretion, to rectify errors, including without limitation canceling your course and session booking(s) or order(s).

Institute of Reiki reserves the right to make changes at any time to make improvements or changes to the Website.

Refund Policy:

We will refund the 20% deposit on live/online courses only if your cancelling or rescheduling notification is received in writing by us one week prior to commencement date of the course. If you do not notify Institute of Reiki by this time, your deposit will not be refunded.

Session refunds will only be granted if your written cancellation or rescheduling notification is received by us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you do not notify us by this time, you release Institute of Reiki of any responsibility or compensation in any form.

Institute of Reiki does not offer refunds on products. We only provide replacements. As per our Online Orders section above in these Terms and Conditions, we will replace the product(s) only if the following condition is met:

“We receive your written notification of your intent to have the product(s) replaced within 24 hours after you have received the item(s). “

The following are exempt from replacement:

Deposits on live in-person & online courses;
Digital products;
Gift cards;
Shipping costs, and
Taxes.

We will provide you with your order replacement(s) within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your written notification.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are reserved exclusively for rescheduling of live classes and courses. Institute of Reiki is committed to helping its students keep to the promises they have made to their personal development.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Institute of Reiki may at any time make improvements or changes to its Terms and Conditions or any of the Website content. Every effort is made to keep this page up-to-date.

Revised dates are posted at the top of the page.

We encourage you to visit this page from time to time to ensure you remain in agreement with such.
